QHSE department ensures effective implementation of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems in IRS by:

  • Ensuring that QMS & EHS requirements are implemented effectively at all levels within IRS
  • Ensuring that Quality Policy, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment policy and objectives are implemented and monitored at all levels within IRS
  • Implementation of new international and national requirements, related to IRS QMS & EHS
  • Implementation of IACS council and IACS Quality Committee decisions in the QMS of IRS
  • Participating & contributing to IACS Quality Committee meetings
  • Training of all employees on Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety management system requirements
  • Planning & facilitating the external audits by ACBs, Flags or any other interested party
  • Planning, organizing and carrying out internal audits and vertical contract audits
  • Monitoring & resolving of customer complaints and Adverse Customer Feedback
  • Analyzing the data and conducting Management Review meeting annually and monitoring follow up actions

IRS Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Management system is maintained by conducting annual assessments in accordance with requirements of Certification Bodies and Flag Administrations

The QHSE Department oversees and provides implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of  the Quality Management System (QMS) & Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Management System (EHS) in compliance with the following standards / requirements:

  • Continually improving systems by recognizing, developing, adopting and promoting best practices within the industry.

IRS Safety bulletin is arguably one of the easiest ways to reduce rate of work-related injuries. Its purpose is to inform all our employees and other interested parties about the potential hazards at workplace/ survey sites, as well provide information and tips on how to protect against those hazards.
