Maritime law is an exciting and challenging international subject for lawyers and others with an interest in law and the seas. To enable the mariners and maritime connected personnel to understand the opportunities in Maritime Law and Challenges that come along with other areas of maritime career choice. The course’s primary goal is sharing knowledge about various areas where maritime law is prevalent, the rights and responsibilities, opportunity and challenges that can one take when embarking on a career related to Maritime law.
The participants will be able to enhance their awareness of various aspects of Maritime Law and its vagaries. The course will assist the participants to understand the legal challenges offered in day-to-day Maritime legal work in various maritime related offices apart from the court room drama.
