From 1st January 2019 ships of 5,000 GT and above need to have a Data Collection Plan (SEEMP Part II based on MEPC 282(70)) alongwith a Confirmation of Compliance onboard and collect the data as specified in Appendix IX of MARPOL Annex VI.

IRS has developed web based electronic tool, available here for reporting the Annual data as per the format prescribed by IMO.

IRClass is Recognized Organization to various Flag Administrations and we offer following IMO DCS services:

• Review of SEEMP Part II and issuance of Confirmation of Compliance

• Verification of Annual Fuel Oil Consumption Data and issuance of
  Statement of Compliance

IRClass is also accredited by RvA as an independent verifier for EU MRV.
